HR Generalist
Direct Hire Opportunity
$25 - $30 per hour DOE

We have a client in need of a Human Resources Generalist with experience in the following areas: benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, training, performance management and employment law compliance. The primary responsibilities of the role include:

  • Benefits administration
  • Worker's Compensation administration
  • Full-cycle recruitment, hiring, onboarding and offboarding
  • Employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Guides the performance evaluation process
  • LOA administration
  • Maintains employee files and HRIS system
  • Maintains compliance with all applicable federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations
  • Back up to Payroll department for payroll processing
  • Other duties as assigned
